Pete would like to start a Hockey teamed named The Serbian Jovanovics. Once we discussed this further we changed the team name to Booya. Also came up with a band name, The Booya Hellyeahs.

And in local news Linsey Panakal thought taco bell gave out free tacos the other day, not because someone stole a base in the world series, but because Britanny spears released her new album. Linsey was heard saying, " that's her meal of choice."

This week Applus finished up a HUGE proposal on New Jersey. I think by the end of the day everyone lost there minds. Specially since most of us had 2 plus energy drinks in us. Don't believe me? Ask Lena how my day went when she came online. hahaha

The show

So my Elf Ranger won a Certificate of Merit. Go Me! It's not much, but hell it's something. I'll do better next year. I now know what I have to do. Here are shots of the winning miniature and some other cool miniatures from the show.

A Few Updates

I finally have some models painted. Here they are below. They are not as detailed as I'd like them to be. I will finish it up later. they go in the show tonight. Wish me luck. I am aware they are not Gold worthy, but I'll take whatever as long as it's not insulting.

The fig is done. I painted the rock first. Then I started to add the bottom of the water. Dark colors.

Next I begin to add some lighter blue and green to give off the effect of water moving.

Then started to add white so you can see the water churning as it moves. I will be adding some more details to this. I'll upload those images soon.
